Who owns the photos I upload?
You do, always. The photos you upload are and remain the photographer’s. We don’t use them, don’t share them and they never leave your account.
Where are my images stored?
On AWS servers within the European Union, GDPR compliant. Unlike many platforms, your images never leave the EU.
Is it really free?
Yes. You can sign up and use Konpic at no cost and with no card details: just your first name, last name, email and a password.
How does storage work?
Your images are hosted on AWS servers within the European Union, because we follow the law. Included storage is limited; if you need more, it’s as easy as getting in touch with us: that way, besides getting to know each other, we find a storage solution together that fits your needs.
How does the watermark work?
Use your own watermark or Konpic’s if you don’t have one yet. In the app you adjust its position, size and opacity until it’s just right.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Konpic runs in the browser, on mobile and desktop. Your client only needs the link you send them.
