• Provide the gallery, photo selection and session management services.
• Respond to your enquiries and communications.
• Ensure the security and correct operation of the service.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is the performance of the service contract (acceptance of these terms), your consent and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

4. Data hosting and location

All images and data are hosted on servers located within the European Union (Amazon Web Services, EU region). Your images are not transferred outside the European Economic Area. Konpic does not use your photographs for any purpose other than providing the service, nor does it share them with third parties.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account remains active and, thereafter, for the periods required by law. You can request deletion of your account and content at any time.

6. Recipients and processors

To provide the service we work with providers acting as data processors (for example, cloud infrastructure within the EU and transactional email delivery). All of them offer GDPR compliance guarantees.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to privacy@konpic.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, including password-protected galleries and watermarks on low-resolution versions.
